Cancellations of Congress Participation
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Congress Office CPO HANSER SERVICE. In case of cancellation until 31 July 2017 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of EUR 50. No refund will be made after 31 July 2017.
The registration fee of the main conference includes
- attendance to the scientific symposia and guided poster sessions
- final programme
- (CME-)certificate of attendance
- attendance to the networking reception on 14 September 2017
- tea/coffee during the official morning and afternoon breaks
- snacks and refreshments during lunch breaks
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation form to the participant which also serves as an invoice. In order to enable a smooth running onsite registration process we appreciate if you will present this confirmation at the registration counter when picking up your congress material.
When registering for the congress, please arrange for payment of registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment, credit card payment or bank transfer.
A charge of 5% of the total amount will be applied for payments by credit card. The amount will be included in the invoice for your booking and listed on your booking confirmation.
