Payment

When registering for the congress, please arrange for payment of registration fee. All
payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment, credit card payment or bank transfer.
We strongly recommend credit card payment as charges for bank transfer may apply twice, once in the country of origin, and a second time in the target country.

Cancellation of Congress Participation

Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Congress Office CPO
HANSER SERVICE. In case of cancellation by 30 June 2011 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of EUR 50. No refund will be made after 30 June 2011.
