Name Badges
Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badge at all times during the conference including the Opening Ceremony and Networking Reception.
Conference Language
The conference language is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Programme Changes
The organisers cannot assume liability for any changes in the conference programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.
Mobile Phones
Participants are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones soundless while attending the scientific sessions in the meeting rooms.
Insurance
The conference fee does not include insurance. All participants are advised to arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of residence.

Poster Exhibition and Poster Sessions
Location of the Poster Exhibition and the Poster Sessions
You will find the poster exhibition on the 1st floor of the building A of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
When will the poster sessions take place?
The poster exhibition is open to all registered delegates.
Guided poster sessions will take place on Friday, 6 September 2024, during the lunch break from 13:00 - 14:30, chaired by senior scientists.
Information for Speakers and Poster Presenters
I will give an oral presentation. Where do I hand over my slides?
All session halls are equipped with a notebook. Presenters are asked to bring their power point presentations on a USB flash drive and to connect it to the notebook. Technical assistance will be provided in the session room.
Due to time and technical reasons we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own notebook.
What do I need to bear in mind for the preparation of my power point presentation or poster?
It must be ensured that potential conflicts of interest of the speakers are disclosed in a self-disclosure on the first slide. Poster presenters are also asked to disclose their potential conflicts of interest on their poster.
When shall I set-up and dismantle my poster?
Posters will be on display during the entire conference.
Please set-up your poster on Thursday, 5 September 2024, until 13:00. After the end of the conference, posters shall be dismantled on Saturday, 7 September 2024, between 13:30 and 14:30.
CME Accreditation/Certificates
Has the ECSR 2024 been CME accredited?
Yes. The Medical Association of Bavaria has accredited the ECSR 2024 with 24 CME credits for the attendance of the entire conference. The breakdown is as follows:
5 September 2024
9 CME credits per full day;
6 September 2024
10 CME credits per full day;
7 September 2024
5 CME credits per half day
How can I request a CME certificate?
A CME certificate can be requested on Saturday, 7 September 2024, at the registration counter.
How can I request a certificate of attendance?
A certificate of attendance will be sent by email upon demand after the conference. You can send an enquiry by email to schizophrenia@cpo-hanser.de.
Which catering is included in the registration fee?
- Beverages and snacks will be offered during the networking reception on the 5 September 2024.
- Tea/coffee and mineral water will be served during the official coffee breaks.
Can I buy additional food and drinks at the congress venue?
Yes, beverages and snacks will be available on cash basis.
