FAQs - ECSR goes virtual
Congress registration and general inquiries
I am registered for the conference and plan to participate in the virtual congress. What do I need to do?
Your existing registration will be carried forward. Registration fees for the virtual congress have been considerably reduced. If you already paid for your registration, we will refund the respective balance shortly. No further action is needed from your side.
I am registered for the ECSR and do NOT plan to participate in the virtual congress. What do I need to do?
Any existing registrations will be carried forward to the virtual congress. But if for any reason, you no longer wish to attend, a full reimbursement will be made. Please send a respective e-mail to email@example.com.
Are there special technical requirements to be met to access the virtual congress?
Preferred browsers are Chrome, Edge and Mozilla Firefox (latest versions!).
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and ideally do not use WiFi.
Can I register "on-site" (during the virtual congress / once it has started)?
Yes, you can, however, only at the regular non-member rate, as resident status and membership cannot be checked.
How do I log into the congress portal?
You can access the congress portal by clicking on the respective landing page at schizophrenianet.eu that will be made available for live congress hours. Please have your login credentials for your congress account at hand as you will need to login to access specific content.
How can I access and view sessions given the time zone difference?
All sessions will be recorded and will be available for delayed viewing after the congress to registered delegates.
Will the virtual ECSR be CME accredited?
An application for CME credits will be made for the ECSR 2021 Virtual Conference. In addition, ECSR 2021 will apply for German accreditation at the Berliner Ärztekammer. More detailed information will become available prior to the congress.
