* Active participants (authors and presenters of accepted abstracts) will be charged early bird rates to be paid by 31 July 2021.
** Non-tenured junior scientists or clinical residents in training under 35 years (to be confirmed by head of department). During the online registration process it is mandatory to upload an according proof of status.
*** Courses may only be booked in connection with a regular registration to the conference. The online registration for courses will open at a later date after publication of the course information.
The registration fee of the main conference includes
- attendance to scientific sessions and guided poster sessions
- final programme
- (CME-) certificate of attendance
- attendance to the networking reception on 23 September 2021
- tea/coffee and mineral water during the official coffee breaks on 23 - 25 September 2021
- lunch snack and mineral water during the lunch breaks on 23 - 25 September 2021
Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation form to the participant which also serves as an invoice. In order to enable a smooth running onsite registration process we appreciate if you will present this confirmation at the registration counter when picking up your congress material.
Payment
When registering for the congress, please arrange for payment of registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment, credit card payment or bank transfer.
In case of bank transfer by your organization please make sure that your name is forwarded together with the money. If your organization uses a block transfer for several participants it is necessary to include all relevant names.

Cancellations of Congress Participation
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Congress Office CPO HANSER SERVICE. In case of cancellation until 31 July 2021 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of EUR 50. No refund will be made after 31 July 2021.
Invitation letter
The conference office will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates that have registered for the conference and have paid the registration fee. During the registration process the needed details can be inserted and a request for an invitation letter may be submitted.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the conference to provide any financial support.
Invitation letters will be sent by e-mail or upon request by postal mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his / her own expense.
