The registration fee includes
- attendance to scientific sessions and guided poster sessions

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation form to the participant which also serves as an invoice. In order to enable a smooth running onsite registration process we appreciate if you will present this confirmation at the registration counter when picking up your congress material.
Payment
When registering for the congress, please arrange for the payment of registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between payment by credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
In case of bank transfer by your organization or institution please ensure that your name is forwarded together with the money. If your organization uses a block transfer for several participants, it is necessary to include all relevant names.

Cancellations of congress participation
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to the Congress Office CPO HANSER SERVICE. In case of cancellation by 24th July 2024, the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of EUR 50. No refund will be made after the 3rd July 2024.
Invitation letter
The conference office will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates that have registered for the conference and have paid the registration fee. During the registration process the needed details can be inserted and a request for an invitation letter may be submitted.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the conference to provide any financial support.
Invitation letters will be sent by e-mail or upon request by postal mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his / her own expense.
